Sarapan pilihan..

Bismillah

One of my preferences
For simple yet healthy breakfast


I am prefer unshelled almond compare to shelled almond.

" unshelled almond" term indicates almond with shell still attached..

# contains about 26% carbohydrates (12% dietary fiber, 6.3% sugars, 0.7% starch and the rest miscellaneous carbohydrates).

# rich source of vitamin E, containing 26 mg per 100 g

# rich in dietary fiber, B vitamins, essential minerals and monounsaturated fat , one of the two "good" fats which potentially may lower LDL cholesterol. Typical of nuts and seeds, almonds also contain phytosterols, associated with cholesterol-lowering properties.

# using them in the daily diet might lower several factors associated with heart disease, including cholesterol and blood lipids




Rasulullah juga dah mengajar kita tentang amalan pemakanan sihat dengan mengambil biji- bijian..sains hanya membuktikan;)

Jom kita amal kan amalan sunah Nabi, insyaAllah Nabi itu kan kekasih Allah..amalan Dan akhlaknya semestinya terpelihara Dan penuh 1001 kebaikan;)

NOTAKUKUKAKIKU : bekfes tamar tetap no 1.. Jogging, hiking insyaAllah maintain tenaga;) cubalah !
